Sphincterotomy and basket performed for the patient were not successful. Upon surgery, two cystic masses were found in CBD and were resected. Histopathological examinations showed hepatobiliary cystadenoma with mesenchymal stroma.}, keywords = {}, url = {https://ijms.sums.ac.ir/article_40142.html}, eprint = {https://ijms.sums.ac.ir/article_40142_a677a6199b303399de126fc1bdbb187d.pdf} }
