I am writing to comment on a recent article by Sharifi and colleagues, entitled “The Effectiveness of Modified Mediterranean and Traditional Persian Diets in Fatigue and Depressive Severity in People with Multiple Sclerosis: A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial”.
