Abstract
I read with interest the recent case report by Jafari and colleagues describing the use of exosomes derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stromal/stem cells (hUCMSCs) in a mandibular premolar diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis and treated with pulpectomy.
